Can I keep my existing phone numbers?
Yes. We handle the entire porting process with your existing carrier. Most number transfers complete within 5-7 business days, and we coordinate timing to ensure zero downtime during the switch.
Will my existing desk phones work?
Most modern SIP-compatible phones work with 3CX. We audit your existing hardware during discovery and let you know what can be reused. If you need new phones, we offer enterprise-grade models pre-configured and ready to plug in.
What happens if my internet goes down?
We configure automatic failover rules. If your office internet fails, calls can instantly route to mobile phones, a backup location, or an answering service. Your 3CX mobile app continues working over cellular data.
How long does deployment take?
We build and configure your system while the number port is in progress, then deploy the same day the port completes. From contract signing and LOA to go-live is typically 5–10 business days.
