3. How We Use Your Information

4.1 Storage Infrastructure
Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your personal information.
4.2 Call Recording Retention
Call recordings are retained for a maximum of 6 months. Retention periods are configurable by the customer within this maximum. Call recordings are automatically deleted after the retention period expires.
4.3 General Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Account information is kept for the duration of the customer relationship plus a reasonable period thereafter for legal and accounting purposes.
5. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose your personal information to the following parties:
- Service providers who assist us in delivering our services, subject to confidentiality obligations
- Credit reporting agencies for credit assessment purposes
- Collection agencies for overdue accounts
- Law enforcement, courts, or government bodies when required by law or legal process
- Third parties as necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others
